摘　　要：目的　评价医用胶治疗眼睑裂伤的效果。方法　 5 4例伤口整齐的眼睑裂伤儿童采用医用胶粘合伤口。随访 1～ 6月。结果　 5 4例全部治愈 ,无伤口感染。伤口愈合美观 ,无缝线针眼瘢痕。结论　医用胶治疗伤口整齐的眼睑裂伤代替缝合 ,使用方便。Objective To evaluate the effect of the medical adhesive in the treatment of eyelid injury.Methods 54 cases of regular eyelids wound were treated by medical adhesive and accepted the follow-up of 1 to 6 months. Resuts None of in flammation or crack happened after operation.All the cases were healed.The appearance after operation was satisfied,without the formation of needle hole and scar.Conclusion Medical adhesive can be conveniently used instead of sutures made with needles and threads in the treatment of eyelid injury.
