去甲长春花碱联合顺铂治疗食管癌52例

摘　　要：目的 :观察去甲长春花碱 (NVB)联合顺铂 (DDP)治疗晚期食管癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 :随机将 5 2例晚期食管癌患者分为两组。NVB组 :NVB 2 5mg m2 ,静脉推注 ,d1、d5;DDP 30mg m2 ,静脉滴入 ,d2 ～d4。对照组 :醛氢叶酸 (CF) 0 1,静脉滴入 ,d1～d5;5 FU 0 5mg m2 ,静脉滴入 ,d1～d5;DDP 30mg m2 ,静脉滴入 ,d2 ～d4。 2个方案均每 4周重复 ,每例化疗 2个周期。结果 :NVB组总有效率 5 3 3% ,对照组 4 2 3% ,P >0 0 5 ;主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制 ,NVB组白细胞减少发生率为 88 5 % ,对照组为6 5 4 % ,P >0 0 5 ,NVB组成本疗效比大于对照组。结论Objective To evaluate the effect and side effect of Vinorebine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods Fifty-two cases of advomced esophageal carcinoma were randomized into two groups,vinorebine group(NP) and control group(LFP).Results The response rate was 53.8%(14/26) in the vinorebine group and 42.3%(11/26) in the control group,P>0.05.Main toxicities were neutropenia with occurrence rate of 88.5% in the vinorelbine group and 65.4% in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Vinorebine plus cisplatine could be considered as salvage treatment regimen for refractory carcinoma of esophagus.
