摘　　要：《学记》中引述《兑命》中的有关言论 ,为我们今天研究殷代傅说教育思想最为信实的文献资料。傅说有关教育的灼见即 :“念终始典于学”、“学学半”、“敬孙务时敏 ,厥修乃来” ;用今人的语言来讲就是 :始终要重视教育的作用 ;教与学可分而有别 ,更是紧密联系着的 ;教育教学应有一个居静持志的态度 ,要坚持循序渐进、及时性和锐意进取的主动性原则。The remarks in the Book of Education, which are quoted from Yue Ming , present us with some most veracious literature for studying the educational thought of Yin Gaozong's teacher, Fu Yue. Fu's profound view on education includes: great importance should be attached to the function of education; teaching and learning, though different,are closely related; and education and teaching should be intently and firmly pursued in a step-by-step, active and presistent way.
