摘　　要：职能型结构是大学班级组织制度中较为普通的一种形式。随着社会的发展和高校的扩招,原有班级组织制度的潜在问题越来越突出。本文设计了矩阵式的班级组织形式,使之更有利于大学生的全面发展。Functionary structure model is most popular in universities' class model. With the development of society and enlarge the scale of university, it will notbe suitable for every type of school. In this background, matrix class management model will be more effective with students' new charactors and will do benefit to their grown up.
