摘　　要：敕勒族及其建立的高车政权,不仅具有氏族血缘组织与初期国家行政、军事组织“三位一体”的宗 法统治形式,而且在中原王朝的影响下向封建化过渡。'Gaoche' regime established by the Chile, not only possessed the patriarchal ruling characteristics which was a community of the blood relationship, the administration and the military organization, but also transformed from slave - owner's rule into feudal - owner's institution under the influence of central feudal dynasties.
