摘  要:目的 探求针灸足三里穴对化疗大鼠血清总抗氧化能力 (T -AOC)保护作用的最佳治疗时机和最佳治疗方法。方法 将大鼠分为先针灸、后化疗 ;针灸、化疗同时进行 ;先化疗、后针灸等组 ,治疗疗程结束后检测T -AOC。结果 实验对照组大鼠A -TOC明显低于其它各组 ;先针灸、后化疗组大鼠A -TOC明显高于其它治疗组 ;针刺各组大鼠A -TOC虽高于艾灸各组 ,但无统计学意义。结论 化疗药CTX确实能造成机体较严重的脂质过氧化损伤 ;针灸足三里穴能有效地拮抗CTX在这方面的毒副作用 ,而且治疗越早 ,损伤越小 ;OBJECTIVE To explore the optimal time and method in puncturing the acupuncture point Zusanli to protect T-AOC of rats under chemotherapy. METHOD The rats were divided into a group of acupuncture followed by chemotherapy, a group of simultaneous acupuncture and chemotherapy and a group of chemotherapy followed by acupuncture. RESULT T-AOC of the control group was markedly lower than those in other groups. T-AOC of the first group was markedly higher than those in other groups. In the various groups with acupuncture treatment, T-AOC was higher than that in the moxibustion group, but with no statistical significance. CONCLUSION Cytoxan can cause serious lipid peroxidation but acupuncture at Zusanli can prevent the toxic effect of cytoxan, and the earlier the treatment the milder the damage. There are no marked differences between different methods of acupuncture.
