摘 要:教学质量监控体系是高等教育系统中的控制与反馈环节 ,实施科学的教学质量监控能有效地提高教学质量。它是把教学质量管理的各个阶段、环节以及学校各有关部门控制质量的职能和活动有机地组织起来 ,从而形成一个任务、职责、权限明确、互相协调、互相促进的体系。这一体系体现了教学质量监控的全程性 ;教学质量监控的全员性与服务性 ;教学质量监控的人本性与预防性以及鲜明的学校特色。同时 ,这一教学监控体系尚待进一步完善 。The implementation of the teaching quality control system can effectively control teaching quality.This system links the various stages and measures in the administration of teaching quality with the functions and activities of the teaching management departments of the university, so as to form a system in which these departments have a clear idea of their tasks, responsibilities and purviews and work harmoniously. This system covers the whole process of teaching quality control and involves all the staff in the teaching management department and reflects the humanistic and preventative feature of a university. At the same time, this system is to be further improved and the measures to ensurre the implementation of this system calls for immediate solution.
