反向开通半导体开关RSD在中小功率TEACO_2脉冲激光器中的应用

摘　　要：根据TEACO2 脉冲激光器的应用特点 ,用一种新型的反向开通半导体开关RSD代替常用的三电极球隙开关进行脉冲功率转换。理论分析和实验表明 ,RSD寿命较长达到 10E9,最大重复频率可以达到 3kHz ,在激光打标等中小功率应用场合完全可以替代球隙 。Based on the characteristics of TEACO 2 impulse laser,a new style Reverselly Swithch-on Dynistor is used as impulse power conversion instead of common three electrode sphere gap switch.Theory analysis and experiments indicate that the RSD life-span can last more than 10E9,with the most repetition rate of 3kHz.It is one impulse power conversion with high prospect,which can replace sphere gap completely in the area of small and middle power applications,such as laser mark.
