摘　　要：导致三青团与国民党的矛盾的原因 ,一是党团关系定位歧义 ,二是三青团性质未曾明确定位。中前期党团矛盾表现为控制与反控制的斗争 ,如人事安排 ,团员年龄及日常工作等方面。The causes that led to the contradiction between the Youth League of T hree Principles of the People(YLTPP) and the Kuomintang (KMT)are as follows: fi rst, the ambiguity of the definition of the KMT YLTPP relation; second, unclear definition of the nature of YLTPP. The early and middle stage Party-League cont radiction found expression in control and counter control struggle in such aspe cts as personnel arrangements, the stipulation of the age limit of league member s and daily routines. Chiang Kai shek tried hard to reconcile the contradiction .
