试论民俗体育与学校体育发展

摘　　要：长期以来,民俗体育研究一直未能引起人们的足够重视。而随着群众体育运动的蓬勃发展,在学校中开展民俗体育成了学校体育改革的一个重点,对此,在阐述民俗体育丰富内涵的基础上,就我国学校体育和民俗体育的发展历史进行了简要回顾,并针对民俗体育在学校体育中的开展现状和作用进行了分析,提出了在学校体育中发展民俗体育的对策和措施。The attention people paid to the study of folk-custom physical education has been far from e-nough for a long time. However, with the rapid increase of people's interest in folk-custom sports, the conducting of folk-custom physical education has become an indispensable part of the reform in school physical education. The very concept of folk-custom physical education and its brief history of development are examined in this paper with analysis made on its functions and status quo in school physical education. Besides, some measures are put forward to conduct such an education in schools.
