摘　　要：本文从机理分析的角度讨论了阿齐霉素治疗肺炎支原体的合理用药问题,利用室分析的方法给出阿齐霉素药代动力学一室模型,确定了在多次重复静脉注射用药情况下人体血药浓度累积模型。利用阿齐霉素药品说明书进行了数值计算,依计算结果对现有两种用药方案进行了比较,并给出新的用药方案。最后,绘制出三种用药方案的血药浓度图。In this paper, the problem of curing Mycoplasma pneumonia with certain quality of Azithromgcin is discussed, and a single compartment model of Azithromgcin pharmacokinetics was given through the method of compartment analysis, and, a accumulation model of concentration of the drug in the blood stream was developed under the case of multi - times intrarenous injection. A numeric computation based on the Azithromgcin leechdom instruction was done, and two plans of dosage in being were compared through the numeric results, a efficient plan was given. In final, the concentration of the drug in the blood stream figures of the three plan were protracted.
