摘　　要：2 1世纪是一个知识经济的时代 ,在深化高校内部管理体制改革和人事管理制度改革的新形势下 ,优化高校人事干部素质具有重要意义。为此 ,应采取措施 ,进一步加强人事干部的思想政治素质、业务素质和能力素质。The 21st century is the time of knowledge economy. It is of great significance to optimize personnel cadres' quality in colleges in the new situation of reforming the management system and personnel management system. For this reason, we should take measures to strengthen personnel cadres' ideological standards and political consciousness, professional qualifications and ability quality.
