摘　　要：阐述了在DELPHI6下,利用MSComm通信控件实现弧焊焊缝跟踪控制器与PC机的串口通信,从而实现了对焊接过程进行实时监控,并结合系统实际给出了快速发送数据的处理方法和部分通信程序。This paper introduces,how to realize serial communication by using MSComm control component between weld seam tracking controller and PC,thus the whole welding process could be real-time monitored.The processing method of rapidly sending data and some core communication program in relation to the system are given.
