摘　　要：本文采用解析法与运动生物力学等研究方法,指出用起跳时间、水平速度损失率两项指标评价起跳效果的不足,提出了蹬伸时间指数和水平速度转化率两项新的综合指标,并对新指标的应用进行了分析。This paper expounds the deficiency in evaluating take-off norms by means of take-off time and horizontal speed loss rate, presents two novel comprehensive norms, kicking time index and horizontal speed changing rate, and makes an analysis to the application of the new norms.
