摘　　要：本文介绍了保留盆腔植物神经的直肠癌扩大根治术的操作要点。并通过对18例患者术后排尿及性功能的观察,术后平均留置导尿时间仅为2.5天,残余尿量为28ml;术后性功能中,14例可如同术前一样正常勃起,12例可以正常射精。与非保留神经的扩大根治术相比,该手术可保存术后排尿及性功能。作者认为功能性扩大根治术既能提高生存率又可提高生存质量,是治疗直肠癌的理想术式。The main operating points that preserved pelvic nerves in the extended radical operation for rectal cancer were introiuced in this paper. Urinated and sexual function were observed in 18 cases. The capacity of residual urine was 23 ml. Fourteen cases could have normal erection as well as preoperation, Twelve cases could have normal ejection. Since functional extended radical operation could preserved sexual and urinated function,it maybe the most ideal opration for improving the survival rates and the quality of the life in the treatment of patients with rectal cancer.
