摘　　要：炉温检测控制仪采用单片微型机8098,可实现交流过零检测及晶阐管过零触发,硬件简化,热电偶冷端补偿精确.测温分辨率达0.065℃,控制精度达到≤±0.5℃,并可按输入的给定控温工艺曲线升温、恒温、降温,实行多段控制.The oven temperature measurement and control meter uses single chip microcomputer 8098.It has in AC passing zero measurement and SCR passsing zero trigger,So hardware is simple.In the cold end,compensation of thermocouple is accurate. The resolution of measuring temperature is reached 0.065'C.Control precision is reached≤±0.5℃.This measurement and control meter can do multiple segment control,according to given technological curve,to increase,preserve and decrease temperature etc.
