井下煤矿工人听力水平分析

摘　　要：对277名井下煤矿工进行体检和听力测试。听力测试结果采用累积比数(cumulati-ve odds)模型进行综合分析。结果表明,矿工的听力阈值明显高于对照组;不同工种的矿工听力阈值升高水平也不同,放炮工和采掘工的相对危险度分别是对照组的11.1倍和2.4倍。采掘工听力阈值随暴露时间的延长而逐渐增高;放炮工听力阈值与暴露时间无关。Physical and hearing examinations of 227 underground miners have been taken. The cumulative odds model was used to analyse comprehensively the date obtained from the examination. The results showed that hearing threshold of the underground miners was obviously higher than that of control group. The hearing threshold between the miner who worked as a dynamiter and the miner who worked as a excavator was different. The odds ratios(?) of dynamiter and excavator were higher than that of control group (11.1 and 2.4 times respectively), The hearing threshold of the excavators was gradually raised with the exposure time; that of the dynamiter wasn't related to the time.
