摘  要:利用扫描电子显微镜SEM、透射电子显微镜TEM等手段分析了LY12铝合金微弧氧化膜的组织形貌 ,对氧化膜硬度、成膜合金的弯曲强度以及油润滑条件下氧化膜的摩擦学行为进行了研究。结果表明 ,微弧氧化膜的致密层由单晶和多晶的γ Al2 O3构成 ,晶粒大小可达几百纳米。氧化膜具有很好的韧性 ,其弹性恢复可达 4 5 % ,远高于铝合金。随着氧化膜厚度的增加 ,成膜合金的弯曲强度逐渐升高 ,电流密度对弯曲强度的影响不大。在油浸泡条件下 ,氧化膜摩擦系数和磨损量较干摩擦条件下显著降低。The morphology and structure of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coatings produced on LY12 Al alloy have been investigated by SEM and TEM. The bending strength of coated alloy,hardness and friction behavior under oil lubricating condition of MAO coatings were also measured.It is found that the dense layer of micro-arc oxidation coating is composed of single crystalline and polycrystalline γ-Al 2O 3 with a grain size of a few hundred nm.The oxide coating has an excellent toughness in contrast to Al alloy so that the elasticity resume even reaches 45%. The bending strength of coated Al alloy greatly increases with increasing coating thickness,while the current density has a slight influence on bending strength. MAO coatings have greatly improved the antiwear properties of Al alloy,and have a lower friction coefficient and wear rate immersed in lubricating oil than under dry friction condition.
