摘　　要：食管癌和贲门癌是我国常见的消比道恶性肿瘤,其治疗方法仍以手术为主。尽管手术方式和操作技术不断改进,但胸腔内食管胃吻合术后常见并发症仍有吻合口瘘、This paper reported a study of esophago gastro stomy by valvuloplasty in 60 domestic dogs. The rerult revealed that this method had a good function of antib- aekflow of gastric acid and could prevent the development of fistula or strictare. We considered that it is better Than the old-fashioned way of sewing double fracts.
