上海高中学生预防AIDS和生殖健康同伴教育效果分析

摘　　要：目的 应用同伴教育方式对上海高中阶段学生进行预防艾滋病(AIDS)健康教育,评价同伴教育在高中学生中实施的效果。方法 在上海高中和职业学校中随机抽取10所学校976人进行预防AIDS及生殖健康同伴教育(教育组),另选934人为内对照组;同时在其它6所高中阶段学生中随机抽取984人为同期外对照组。在教育实施前和实施后分别对三组学生进行内容一致的问卷调查。结果 教育组的知识均分从30.77分上升到36.40分,教育前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。职校学生的知识提高程度明显低于重点高中和普通高中(P<0.01)。结论 在高中阶段开展的预防AIDS同伴教育对于提高学生有关知识,增强自我保护意识是有明显效果的,职业学校教育效果相对较差,因此对这一群体更应该加强有关教育。Objective We conduct a peer education program on HIV/AIDS prevention and evaluate its effects on senior high school students in Shanghai. Methods Nine hundred seventy-six students were selecled randomly to accept the peer educalion on HIV/AIDS prevenlion and reproductive health from 10 senior high schools and vocation-al schools in Shanghai . Another 934 students were selected as the mterior control group and 984 students of other senior high schools were selected as the exterior conlrol group at the same time. The same questionnaires were carried before and after the educalion. Results The average of score knowledge aboul reproduclive health, HIV/AIDS, STD rose from 30. 77 to 36.40 among educated students. Knowledge after education was significantly higher than before (P<0.01) in the educalion group. We also found that the degree percenlage of knowledge increase was obvi-ously differenl among key senior high schools, senior high schools and vocalional schools(P <0. 01 ). Conclusion The pee educalion on HIV/AIDS prevention among senior high school students and key senior high school students is effeclive in promoting the knowledge level and increasing awareness of self-prolection. Compared to the above two kinds of schools, such educalion needs to be strengthened in the less efficienl vocational schools.
