摘　　要：本文对佛教中观派的主要论著之一《百论》进行了深入研究。对中观派与印度思想史上的其他一些影响较大的派别之间在一系列重要理论上的对立进行了较全面的对比分析，并就大乘佛教中观派的理论特点作了论述。With a deep study on Sata - sastra, an important fork of Madhyamika, this essay analyzes comprehensively the theoretical disputes between Madhyamika and other influential religious schools in Indian ideological history, and reveals the theoretical features of Madhyamika.
