摘　　要：目的　提高外伤性弥漫性脑萎缩的治疗效果 ,促进脑功能恢复 ,提高生存质量。方法　对 9例本病患者在急性期后CT发现弥漫性脑萎缩时行高压氧治疗。结果　所有病例脑功能明显恢复 ,复查头颅CT示脑萎缩明显好转。结论　高压氧治疗对外伤性弥漫性脑萎缩有显著疗效。Objective To enhance the therapeutic effect and life quality of patients with traumatic diffuse brain atrophy and accelerate the recovery of cerebral function. Methods 9 patients with diffuse brain atrophy were dignosed by CT after acute stage. All patients were treated by hyperbaric oxygen. Results The cerebral function of all patients improved obviously. The skull CT showed that the brain atrophy had taken a turn for the better apparently. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective for traumatic diffuse brain atrophy.
