摘　　要：本文讨论了斜入射时光栅明纹偏向角存在最小值的实验现象及相关原理,提出了利用最小偏向角测量光波波长和光栅常数的方法.This paper discussed the phenomenon of least deviation angle of grating fringe and the responsible principle,put forward a method of measuring the wavelength and grating constant by the least deviation angle.
