摘　　要：综述了抗鞘翅目害虫的潜在基因、杀虫机理及应用研究的状况。针对转基因抗虫植物存在的问题 ,结合害虫综合治理的原则 ,提出了治理策略。The potential genes having resistance to coleopterans, their mechanism of pest-resistance and application are reviewed. According to the existing problems of transgenic plants with pest-resistance and the principle of integrated pest management, some tactics are put forward.
