摘　　要：企业战略转移作为一个独特的战略问题,是外部环境和内部条件交互的结果,在适当的时候实施战略转移会使企业步入新的境界,走上新的台阶,完成一次脱胎换骨的转变。本文在对企业战略转移的内涵、类型、产生的原因、实施的条件以及转移的时机分析与把握进行探讨的基础上指出,把握战略转移的原则和时机,实施必要的适时的战略转移,有助于我国企业在全球竞争中立于不败之地,实现可持续发展。As a unique strategic question, the enterprise strategic shift is a result of the external environment condition and the internal condition. It can make the enterprise step into the new realm and finish the complete transition. This paper discusses the connotations , the types and the causes of strategic shifts, and analyses the opportunities of strategic shifts. Holding the principle and opportunity of the strategic shifts, and implementing the essential strategic shifts in due time helps the enterprise win global competitions and realizses sustainable developments for the enterprises in our country..
