摘　　要：目的　了解河南汉族人群中CSF1PO、TPOX、TH0 1基因座的遗传多态性 ,获得群体遗传数据。方法　对2 30份无血缘关系个体的抗凝血样提取DNA ,应用多位点复合聚合酶链反应 (PCR)扩增技术结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分型方法调查CSF1PO、TPOX、TH0 1基因座在河南地区汉族群体中的基因型分布。结果　CSF1PO基因座在河南汉族人群中存在 8个等位基因 ,2 5种基因型 ;TPOX基因座存在 8个等位基因 ,18种基因型 ;TH0 1存在 7个等位基因 ,15种基因型。基因型频率分布符合Hardy -Weinberg平衡 ,三个基因座的个体识别率分别为 0 88、0 82 4、0 82 4 ,PIC分别为 0 71、0 5 9、0 6 0 ,累积个体识别率为 0 996 3。结论　CSF1PO、TPOX、TH0Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphism at CSF1PO,TPOX,TH01 loci and to obtain preliminary data.Methods DNA was abstracted from 230 EDTA-blood specimens of healthy unrelated individuals in Henan population.Multiplex PCR technique and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) were used to detect the genotype frequency of CSF1PO,TPOX,TH01 loci in Henan population.Results 8 alleles and 25 genotypes at CSF1PO, 8 alleles and 18 genotypes at TPOX,7 alleles and 15 genotypes at TH01 were observed in Henan population. The result of the test for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium showed that the genotype distribution was correspondent with the expected. The power of discrimination (DP) for the three loci were 0.88、0.824、0.824 respectively, and PIC were 0.71、0.59、0.60, and the combined power of discrimination was 0.996 3.Conclusion D16S539,D7S820,D13S317 loci may be useful genetic markers to study population genetics and forensic genetics.
