摘　　要：论文深入分析了医学数字图象通讯标准(DICOM3.0标准)中定义的DICOM图象文件的编码。实现了一个基于DICOM3.0标准的医学图象处理系统,对实现中的若干难点进行了剖析并给出了相应算法。The File Encoding defined i n the Standard of Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine3.0(DI-COM 3.0)is analyzed in depth.A Medical Images Processing System based on DICOM 3.0is developed.Some difficulties in developing this system is analyzed and the corresponding algorithms are presented too.
