摘　　要：针对H .2 6 4标准中的运动估计算法进行研究 ,设计了基于H .2 6 4运动估计的软件编码器。实验表明该软件编码器在编码速度基本不变的前提下 ,压缩比、信噪比有显著提高 。On the basis of research of the motion estimation algorithms in H.264 standard, the software coder based on H.264 motion estimation was designed. The result of experiment showed that the software coder can markedly make compression ratio, signal noise ratio more effective while coding speed litter slowly. It has practical value in video monitoring system of mine.
