平菇母种培养基筛选研究

摘　　要：The maternal seeds of Plearotus Ostreastus were cultivated by six kinds of different slanting culture media.The result showed that the maternal seeds of Plearotus Ostreastus grew more quickly and better after adding wheat and corn to the synthesized potato culture media.The culture media adding Plearotus Ostreastus grew more slowly than ever,but it was doing well.Analysis of the grownth speed of the culture media at variance,It showed that the culture media adding wheat and corn grew far better than the others.The maternal seeds of Plearotus Ostreastus were cultivated by six kinds of different slanting culture media.The result showed that the maternal seeds of Plearotus Ostreastus grew more quickly and better after adding wheat and corn to the synthesized potato culture media.The culture media adding Plearotus Ostreastus grew more slowly than ever,but it was doing well.Analysis of the grownth speed of the culture media at variance,It showed that the culture media adding wheat and corn grew far better than the others.
