四种骨内人工牙种植体X线片分析

摘　　要：对一期手术后4个月以上的4种不同类型骨内人工牙种植体X线片进行分析，从种植体边缘垂直骨吸收程度及种植体与骨界面结合情况两个方面进行评价，结果表明叶扶种植体垂直骨吸收程度明显大于其他3种螺旋种植体，2种国产螺旋状种植体与瑞典Branemark种植体骨吸收程度相近，同为纯钛金属的4种种植体与骨界面结合能力并无显著性差异。In this article, there was a sarvey study on the radiographs of four kinds of dental implants that have been implanted for more than four months. The evaluation was obtained through the extent of vertical absorption in the bone around the implants and the ability of osseointegration between implant and bone .The results showed as follows. 1. The extent of vertical absorption in the bone around the leaf-like implant was obviously more serious than the screw-like one and the latter made in China was simlar to the Branemark system. 2. There was no evdent difference in the ability of osseointegration of the four kinds of dental imlants made of titanium.
