摘　　要：本文论述了我国民营企业融资的现状和存在的突出问题,分析了我国民营企业发生融资困境的主要原因,并就如何对民营企业进行金融支持及如何围绕民营经济发展进行金融改革提出了四点对策:加快建立地方性中小民营、私人银行;加快发展中小非银行金融机构;银行业改革须立足于服务民营企业发展;加快建立多元化民营企业信用担保体系。This article studies current situation and the financing problems about China s private enterprises and analyzes the main reasons of it. Then the authors propose four methods to resolve these problems. They are: establishing small private banks; speeding up the development of the small non - bank associations; having banks' reforms based on the improvement of private enterprises development; and setting up credit guarantee system for private enterprises.
