激光联合祛疣煎治疗尖锐湿疣87例

摘　　要：目的　探讨激光联合祛疣煎对尖锐湿疣的治疗价值。方法　 171例分为A ,B两组。两组病例均先用二氧化碳激光祛除疣体后 ,A组外敷自拟方“祛疣煎”3 0d ,B组注射干扰素。结果　A组 87例 ,治愈 72例 ( 82 8% ) ,复发 15例 ( 17.2 % ) ;B组 84例 ,治愈 3 9例 ( 4 6 4% ) ,复发 45例 ( 5 3 .6% ) ,A组复发率显著低于B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　激光联合祛疣煎治疗尖锐湿疣疗效优于激光联合干扰素 。Objective To discuss the value of laser plus Anti-condyloma Soup that was made from traditional Chinese drugs in the therapy of condyloma acuminatum.Methods All the 171 patients were divided into group A and B, and both group A and B were treated with CO2 laser in order to remove the bodies of the condylomas. Additionally, group A's patients were given local wet compress soaked with Anti-condyloma Soup for 30 days, and those of group B were administered interferon via intramuscular injection. Results Out of group A's 87 patients, 72 were completely cured (82.8%) and 15 ones' focuses recurred (17.2%); while in group B consisting of 84 patients, only 39 were cured (46.4%) and 45 ones' focuses recurred (53.6%). The relapse rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P<0.01). Conclusion Laser plus Anti-condyloma Soup used topically, which is economical and convenient, is more effective than that plus interferon.
