摘 要:采用香菇栽培菌株苏香和野生菌株HL7 6各 4种不同交配型的孢子单核体为亲本进行 4× 4不完全双列杂交 ,对菌丝生长速度、产量等 13个性状一般配合力和特殊配合力进行了初步分析。结果表明 ,同一单核体在不同性状中具有不同的一般配合力 ,不同单核体在同一性状中亦具有不同的一般配合力 ,并且一般配合力较高的单核体的杂交组合在 13个性状中的平均变异系数较小。同时发现 ,从整体上看 ,栽培菌株苏香的一般配合力高于野生菌株的一般配合力。在 16个供试杂交组合中 ,A1B2×A4B4在菌丝生长速度性状、有关发育期、产量及子实体形状等性状方面的SCA相对效应值符合育种目标 ,是比较理想的组合。Four different mating type spore monokaryons isolated from one cultivated strain were respectively crossed with another four spore mon okaryons derived from one wild strain in Lentinula edodes,according to a 4 ×4 incomplete diallel design. General combining ability (GCA) of each monokaryo n and special combining ability (SCA) of cross combinations was determined for 1 3 characters. The results indicated that different monokaryons had different GCA value in the same one trait as well one monokaryon had different GCA value amon g different traits. Furthermore, the mean coefficient of variation in 13 traits possessed by monokaryons with higher GCA value was lower than that held by monok aryons with lower GCA value. As a whole, cultivated strain Suxing has higher GCA value than wild strain HL7-6. In all 16 cross combinations, A1B2 A4B4 was the ideal one because of its SCA values in such characteristics as mycelial growth r ate, budding periods, fresh sporophores yield and fruit body figure, which coinc ided with breeding goal.
