摘 要:【目的】 探讨孤独症儿童早期智能特征。 【方法】 3 0例孤独症儿童与 13例非孤独症的精神发育迟滞儿童、2 1例言语和语言发育障碍儿童对照 ,年龄均在 18~ 3 6月龄 ,采用Gesell婴幼儿发育检查量表进行智能测评 ,对孤独症儿童发育商进行分析 ,并分别与两组儿童进行比较。 【结果】 孤独症患儿的平均发育商动作能为85 .5 7± 9.82 ,应物能为 71.90± 12 .44 ,言语能为 47.2 3± 10 .5 9,应人能为 5 8.73± 7.16。其发育商与非孤独症的精神发育迟滞患儿比较 ,动作能显著高于该组 (P <0 .0 1) ,应物能也高于该组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,言语能和应人能差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;与言语和语言发育障碍儿童比较 ,各能区均显著低于该组。 【结论】 孤独症儿童早期智能发展不平衡 ,主要表现语言和社交能力上的损害 。Objective To study the early intelligence features of autism children. 30 children with autism were matched to 13 non-autism children with mental retardation and 21 children with language disorders, who were assessed by using Gesell Development Schedules at the ages of 18~36 months. The developmental quotient (DQ) of autistic children were analysed and compared with the other groups. The autism group DQ of motor 85.57±9.82, cognition 71.90±12.44,language 47.23±10.59 and personal-social 58.73±7.16 all were lower than those of the language disorder group; its gross motor and cognition DQ were higher than those of MR group(P<0.05), and language and personal-social DQ had no significant difference between the MR group(P>0.05); [Conclusions] The intellectual development of young autism children is out of balance,their language and social ability impairment are severity .Therefore, early identificaion and intervention are important to promote development of language and communication in autism children.
