摘　　要：阐述了蛋白质组学的概念及其研究的策略和趋势,综述了蛋白质组学研究的技术手段及应用的最新进展。This paper explains the conception of proteomics, and introduces the strategies and trends of its research. At the same time, the latest development of techniques and application are also summarized in this review.
