季铵型阳离子变性淀粉的合成

摘　　要：研究了制备季铵型阳离子变性淀粉的工艺条件,其最佳工艺条件是:反应体系的pH应控制在11 5,反应时间为7h,醚化剂用量为淀粉投料量的28%,反应温度应为50℃,所得产品取代度达到0 05,应用本工艺制备季铵型阳离子变性淀粉反应条件温和,生产工艺简单,产品取代度较高,颜色较白,产品品质较好。The synthesis of quaternary amine cation modified starch was studied.Reaction condition is gentle,with simplicity in product treament and high degree of substitution.The product is of good quality.The optimum reaction conditions are as follow:pH is 11.5,reaction time is 7hs,the dosage of etherification is 28% of starch,temperature is 50℃,the degree of substitution of final product is up to 0.05.
