摘 要: 分别用浓度为0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的氯钾离子共体液,在黄瓜幼苗子叶期(子叶充分展开)和第1真叶期(第1真叶横宽5cm)进行两次诱导,以蒸馏水为对照,然后对其第1真叶的羧甲基纤维素酶(Cx)和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性进行测定。结果表明:不同浓度氯钾离子共体液处理后,羧甲基纤维素酶(Cx)和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性均有不同程度的变化,变化趋势均为随时间的增加先降低后升高,到诱导后10d左右达最低值,且极显著低于对照。本次实验还筛选出导致活性变化最大的氯钾离子共体液的浓度范围为0.5%~1.5%。The cucumber seedling were induced by copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions with 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% concentration at stage of cotyledon and the first true leaf, then Carboxymethyl cellalase and β-glucosidase activities of the first true leaf were measured. The results showed that the activities of Carboxymethyl cellalase and β-glucosidase were changed after the plants were induced by different concentration copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions. They decreased firstly, and then increased. After induced 10 days, they were at the peak base, and lower than that of control obviously. Meanwhile, the optimum concentrations were 0.5% and 1.5% by the treatment of copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions.
