摘　　要：目的　评价 16层螺旋CT双期动态增强扫描在胃腺癌浸润中的诊断价值。方法　 37例胃腺癌患者 ,术前采用 16层螺旋CT进行平扫和动脉期、静脉期双期增强扫描 ,采用仿真内镜技术 (CTVG) ,多层面容积重建法 (MPVR)和最大密度投影 (MIP)技术进行重建分析 ,与术后病理相对照。结果　大多数胃腺癌患者CT扫描发现动脉期轻度或中度强化 ,静脉期强化一般更明显。发现静脉期的强化平均范围要大于动脉期 ,T分期较高 ,结果与手术病理一致。结论　Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of 16-slices spiral computed tomography double-phrase scans during the gastric adenocarcinoma invasion.Methods Thirty-seven gastric adenocarcinoma patients were scanned by the 16-slices spiral-CT. The patients were performed plan scans, enhancement scanned by artery phase and portal vein phase, We reconstructed the stomach by MPVR, MIP and CTVG. Compared the CT scans results with operations and pathological sections.Results CTVG and MPVR can display the scope and extend of the gastric carcinoma and perform T staging. Most of gastric adenocarcinoma were slightly enhance or moderate enhance in artery phase and significant enhance in vein phase, the average enhance scope in vein phase are bigger that of artery phase, and the T staging are higher. The enhance scope in vein phase are coincidence with the pathology results.Conclusion 16-slices spiral-CT scans can perform T staging of the adenocarcinoma.
