摘　　要：私营经济的快速发展与其融资方式的多样化是分不开的。在私营企业成长的不同阶段对融资方式有不同的要求。本文通过对处于不同成长阶段私营企业所选择的不同融资方式的分析,试图对什么是最有效率、最有利于私营企业成长的融资结构这一问题展开探讨,为构建合理的中小企业融资体系提供参考。本文重点说明以下问题:在现有约束条件下,私营企业在不同的发展阶段,其融资结构是如何形成的,融资结构变化的内在机理是什么,如何构建促进私营企业快速成长、稳定发展的融资体系。Private businesses development depends on the variation of financing. Private businesses show different financial source demand in their different development stages, and this paper analyzes the efficiency and financial structure of private businesses to construct an optimal financial system for small - and - medium sized firms. This paper explores the development, evaluation and policy suggestions for private businesses.
