摘　　要：目的在胃镜检查中以良好的镇静效果,增加患者接受检查的依从性,提高检查的成功率。方法将350例患者随机分为观察组(180例,给予异丙酚和咪唑安定静脉麻醉)与对照组(170例,常规操作),对2组患者的操作时间、检查成功率、检查反应以及检查前、中、后三个阶段的心率、血压、呼吸和血氧饱和度进行观察。结果观察组操作时间、检查成功率和检查反应等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),检查前后心率和血氧饱和度的变化与对照组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论辅以异丙酚和咪唑安定静脉麻醉进行胃镜检查是安全有效的,为无痛胃镜检查及治疗开辟了广阔的前景。Objective: To report the effect of intravenous administration of general anesthetics for gastroscopy trying to improve the manipulation and eliminate patient′s fear. Methods: A total of 350 patients was randomized into test group (n=180, given intravenows protofol and midazolam) and the control (n=170,without anesthetics). Perioperative patient′s feeling, heart rate, respiratory rate blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, operative duration and operator′s satisfation were recorded and analysed. Results: Data in test group showed less complaints, shorter duration, easier manipulation, high satisfaction and no difference in perioperative change of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation as compared with the control. Conclusion: With intravenons use of protofol and midazolam, gastroscopy can be achieved effectively, panlessly and safely.
