摘　　要：燃气彩偏窑是以气体燃料作为能源,通过对燃烧过程的自动控制,达到温度精确控制,满足彩偏磁芯烧结工艺要求。同时,对燃烧过程中的熄火、燃烧气体和助燃空气压力超过正常范围、排烟不畅等进行有效控制,保证安全生产。The gas color deflection kiln can meet the color deflection corn sintering technological requirement, attribute to automatic control combustion process for the accurate temperature. Meanwhile, it can control effectively flameout, burning gas and combustion-supporting air pressure exceeding normal ranges, block to arrange cigarette in the process of burning, to guarantee the safety in production.
