摘　　要：本文介绍了ERP的起源和一些基本概念,从管理思想角度入手,比较了ERP和ISO9000质量管 理体系的异同,分析了两者的联系以及结合的可能性。认为以ISO9000的理论为基础,结合ERP生产管理 思想,再利用ERP软件这一先进的工具,可为企业创造更高的效益。This article introduces the origin of ERP and some basic concepts in ERP, and from the angle of management theory, it makes comparison between ERP and ISO9000 Quality Management System and analyzes the possibility of combination between ERP and ISO9000 Quality Management System, based on their differences and similarities. It concludes that on the basis of the theory of ISO9000, combining the management theory of ERP, the software of ERP as an advanced tool can make contribution to bringing benefits for enterprises.
