肝硬化患者血浆降钙素原、内皮素-1与食管静脉曲张的关系

摘　　要：探讨肝硬化患者血浆降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)与食管静脉曲张的关系。采用免疫发光法和放射免疫法测定78例肝硬化患者血浆PCT、ET-1水平,并与食管胃镜检查结果比较。肝硬化患者血浆PCT、ET-1水平均显著高于正常(P<0.01),二者水平呈正相关(r=0.38,P<0.01)。食管静脉曲张组血浆PCT、ET-1水平显著高于未并发食管静脉曲张组(P<0.01),血浆ET-1与食管静脉曲张程度的相关性优于血浆PCT。To explore the relationship between plasma procalcitonin (PCT) 、endothelin - 1 and esophageal varices (EV) in patients with liver cirrhosis (LC). Plasma PCT、ET-1 levels in 78 patients with LC were detennined by immunoluminometric assay and radiommunoassay, and compared with the results of esophageal gastroscopy. Plasma PCI、\ET- 1 levels in LC patients were significantly raised above normal control (P < 0.01) and the positive relationship were found between them (r = 0.38,P<0.01). Plasma PCI、ET-1 levels in EV group were significantly higher than those in non- EV group (P<0.01), and plasma ET- 1 was superior to plasma PCT in the correlation with the degree of EV.
