摘　　要：年龄是一种随时间而逐步积累的对疾病和死亡的易感性。正常视网膜随年龄增加会出现相应的生化结构,细胞,基因调控等方面的改变。过度的年龄相关性改变为年龄相关性黄斑变性(aged-relatedmaculardegeneration,AMD)。这篇综述将会总结一下视网膜随年龄增加而出现的变化。Aging has been defined as the progressive accumulation of changes with time t hat are associated with or responsible for the ever-increasing susceptibility to disease and death, which accompanies advancing age. Age-related degeneration of the retina is among the most prevalent complications of aging, including gene m odulation, psychophysical, structural and cellular alterations. Excessive aging alterations are clinically defined as aged-related macular degeneration (AMD). T his review summarizes the modifications that occur in the normal retina as a res ult of the physiological and pathological aging processes.·
