改良闭合式虹膜复位术的设计及应用

摘　　要：目的:为治疗虹膜根部离断提供了一种简便易行、实用、有效的手术方式。方法:对2002-03/2003-11共收治8例虹膜根部离断患者,应用我们自行设计的在完全闭合状态下,利用爱惜康10-0聚丙烯双直针经角膜缘一孔过双针的方式将虹膜根部固定在原位,并进行临床观察。结果:8例患者经过该手术方法修复,虹膜均恢复原位,术后经2～16mo的临床观察,8例患者虹膜缝线无脱落现象,最佳视力:1.2,最低视力0.6无任何手术并发症发生。结论:改良闭合式虹膜复位术方法简单、安全,并发症少。值得在临床上推广应用。AIM: To serve an easy and effective operation method for treating iridoclialy sis.· METHODS: A total of 8 cases with iridodialysis admitted from March, 2002 to N ovember, 2003 into our hospital underwent iris reposition by iris roots fixion w ith two needles through limbus corneae under the conditon of complete occlusion.· RESULTS: Iris was successfully fixed in all the 8 cases postoperatively. Duri ng the follow-up of 2-16mo, no suture dislocation occured. The visual acuity ran ged from 1.2 to 0.6, without complications.· CONCLUSION: Improved occlusion iris roposition is easy and safe with few comp lications, and thus it should be widely used in clinic.·
