摘 要:研究了维生素B1、B12对雨生红球藻营养生长及胁迫阶段各生长指标的影响.研究结果表明适量维生素的加入具有促进雨生红球藻生长、提高胁迫条件下的微藻存活率、以及促进虾青素积累等作用.其中,在培养基中添加w(B12)=5×10-8维生素B12,可以使雨生红球藻的生长率、存活率和虾青素产量分别较空白组提高21%、264%和43%以上.此外,研究还发现在单独加入维生素B1和B12的培养组中,大部分培养组的孢子比率均明显下降,这为降低虾青素的提取难度和提高虾青素的利用率提供了新的思路.The effects of Vitamin B_1 and Vitamin B_(12) on the two culture stages of Haematococcus plvialis were studied.The results showed that the growth rate,the survival rate,the static cell rate and the astaxanthin production under stress condition were improved when the media(BBM) was enriched with Vitamin B_1 and Vitamin B_(12).Especially when w(B_(12)) =5×10^(-8)of Vitamin B_(12) was added in the traditional media the growth rate,the survival rate and the astaxanthin production were enhanced with over 21%、264% and 43% higher than the controls,respectively.Additionally,the static cell ratio can be mostly reduced by added the Vitamin B_1 and B_(12) separately,which made the efficiency of astaxanthin extraction heighten.
