海船驾驶员身心素质测评指标的建构

摘　　要：采用主次因素排列图法 ,确定了海船驾驶员身心素质的主要因素 ;应用变量 ()指标 )聚类分析 ,对海船驾驶员身心素质结构的维度进行了研究 ,建构了海船驾驶员身心素质的 10项测评指标 ;经新旧样本聚类结果比较 ,其效度符合心理测量学要求。本研究结果为我国海船驾驶员身心素质测评指标的界定提供了理论依据。The main factors of sea-going ships' navigating officers' physical and mental diatheses were determined by means of Pareto Charts. The physical and mental diatheses construction dimensions were studied through the analysis of variables clusters, and ten evaluation indexes were constructed. These indexes were proved valid after a comparison between the cluster solutions of old and new samples. The results of the present study can serve as the theoretical foundation for determining the physical and mental diatheses evaluation indexes of Chinese sea-going ships' navigating officers.
