摘　　要：卫检局的临床检验往往通过不同仪器进行 ,各种仪器来自不同厂家 ,而且没有网络功能 ,给信息的收集和管理造成不便。临床检验信息综合采集和管理系统对生化分析仪、尿液分析仪、血球计数分析仪的检测结果通过数据采集存储到网络上 ,并和病人的基本情况、采样场所调查结果一起形成数据库 ,通过数据库实现临床检验信息的管理 ,大大提高了工作效率。本文介绍临床检验信息综合采集和管理系统的组成和结构 。Many instruments are usually used during clinic inspection in the Sanitation Supervison Department. Each instrument comes from different factory, and its data can′t be read through computers on a network directlly. We should make more effort to instrument information collection and supervision. The integrate collection and supervision system of clinic inspection Data can collect data of such instrument as ARCO, CLINITEK 200+, CELLDYN3000 and save them to network, it join the data with patient information and other sampling results . All above data is put to a Database, and we can get it through a database management application and impove the efficiency of work . This article recommends on structure and constitute of the system and concentrate on the method of clinic instrument data collection.
