S100在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：①目的　观察S10 0A4、S10 0A8、S10 0A11mRNA在子宫内膜癌中表达的差异 ,探讨S10 0亚型的分布规律及与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系。②方法　选取正常的子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织各 30例 ,用半定量RT PCR方法检测S10 0A4、S10 0A8、S10 0A11mRNA在正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平。③结果　在子宫内膜癌组织中S10 0A4、S10 0A8、S10 0A11mRNA均为高表达 ,与正常子宫内膜组织比较均具有显著性差异 (t=2 .34～ 7.0 4 ,P <0 .0 5 )。S10 0A4、S10 0A8mRNA在G3级组织中的表达水平明显高于G1、G2级组织 (t=2 .36、3.0 8,P <0 .0 5 )。S10 0A4、S10 0A8mRNA在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组织中的表达明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组织中的表达 (t=3.6 5、3.2 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。S10 0A11mRNA的表达则与子宫内膜癌的病理分期和组织学分级无关。④结论S10 0A4、S10 0A8、S10 0A11与子宫内膜癌的发生有关 ,S10 0A4、S10 0A8与子宫内膜癌的病理分期和组织学分级有关 ,对S10 0A4、S10Objective To observe the expression differences of S100A4, S100A8, and S100A11 mRNA in carcinoma of endometrium, and to explore the distributions of S100 subtypes and the relationship between the subtypes and the genesis and development of carcinoma of endometrium. Methods The expressions of S100A4, S100A8, and S100A11 mRNA in 30 normal endometrium and 30 endometrial carcinoma were analyzed by RT-PCR techniques. Results S100A4, S100A8, and S100A11 mRNA in carcinoma were highly expressed as compared with normal endometrium (t=2.34-7.04,P<0.05).The expression level of S100A4 and S100A8 mRNA in grade G3 tissue was higher than that of grades G1 and G2(t=2.36,3.08; P<0.05). The expression level in Stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that of StagesⅠandⅡ(t=3.65,3.25; P<0.05).There was no obvious relationship between S100A11 and the pathologic staging and histological grading. Conclusion S100A4, S100A8, and S100A11 are involved in the genesis of the carcinoma of endometrium. S100A4 and S100A8 are related with the staging and grading of the disease. The detection of them is of clinical value in the evaluation of malignant degree and prognosis of it.
