摘　　要：本文从细胞和细胞器水平详细介绍了6种真菌毒素生物测定法,为研究毒素的定量测定和作用机制奠定基础。Six methods of bioassays of mycotoxin on cell and organellelevel have been introduced in this paper.This may lay foundation forquantitative assay and research on mechanism of mycotoxin.
